‫السالم عليكم ورحمة هللا وبركاته‬
‫باإلشارة للموضوع أعاله نفيدكم بإلحاق‬
‫نمرة‪/‬مجند‪........../‬ألداء الخدمة الوطنية بطرفكم‬

‫وعليه نرجو اآلتي‪:‬‬

‫يعمل المذكور مدة‪ )12( :‬شهر و (‪ )0‬يوم من تاريخ استالم العمل بالموقع‬ ‫‪-1‬‬
‫فورا بعد انتهاء المدة على أن يبلغ طرفنا‬
‫يخلي سبيله ً‬ ‫‪-2‬‬
‫صرف مرتبه طرفكم‬ ‫‪-3‬‬
‫التبليغ في حالة الغياب‬ ‫‪-4‬‬
‫إفادتنا بتاريخ استالم العمل بطرفكم‬ ‫‪-5‬‬
‫ال يسمح باالجازة أثناء الخدمة‬ ‫‪-6‬‬
‫يعتبر أمر التحرك الغيا اذا لم يتم التبليغ خالل اسبوع من تاريخه‬ ‫‪-7‬‬

‫ملحوظة‪-:‬‬
‫يستحق المذكور أعاله مرتبه من تاريخ تبليغه طرفكم‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫ال يحق ألي وحدة أو جهة تحريك المجند اال بعد الرجوع الى منسقية االجراءات والمعامالت‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫وأخذ الموافقة كتابة‬
‫في حالة غياب المجند توقف آخر صرفيته فورا وترسل الى المنسقية‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫عند انتهاء مدة خدمة المجند يحرك الى منسقية االجراءات والمعامالت بصورة من أمر التحرك‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫الصادر من المنسقية مع آخر صرفيته وشهادة المواظبة وخلو طرف من العهد‬

Order to Proceed
Date: 2017/05/15
Dear National Civil Service Officer at (Sudanese Standards and
Metrology Organization)
With reference to the subject above, this is to inform you that recruit/ ........... is to
perform National Civil Service thereat.
We therefore require that:
1- Aforementioned ...... work for a period of (12) months and (0) days from the
date of delivery of work at your premises
2- It will be discharged forthwith upon expiry of said period, such discharge to
be communicated to us
3- You pay its remuneration
4- A case of absence be informed
5- You make notice of date of delivery of work be informed
6- Vacation while discharging service be forbidden
7- Order to Proceed be only considered valid where communication of the
same is made within one week from its date

Note: -
 The aforementioned ...... shall upon serving one week notice by you be
entitled to its remuneration
 No entity or unit shall order the recruit to proceed unless recourse has been
made to and written consent has been obtained from Procedure and
Transaction Organisation
 Should the recruit be absent, the most recent payment to which it is entitled
shall be promptly suspended and so forwarded to the Organisation
 The recruit's service of period expired, it shall be proceeded to Procedure
and Transaction Organisation, along with a copy of the organisation's Order
to Proceed, its most recent to-be-received payment, Certification of
Diligence and a Discharge from Obligation
 Date of delivery of work to be informed
