KHÁI NIỆM THÌ HIỆN TẠI ĐƠN

Thì hiện tại đơn (Simple Present tense) là thì dùng để diễn đạt một hành động
mang tính thường xuyên (regular action), theo thói quen (habitual action) hoặc
hành động lặp đi lặp lại có tính quy luật, hoặc diễn tả chân lý và sự thật hiển
nhiên.
Ví dụ:
-I go to school by bike every day.
-I often chat with my best friend in the evening.

 Thêm s vào đằng sau hầu hết các động từ kết thúc là p, t, f, k:

want-wants; keep-keeps;…
 Thêm es vào các động từ kết thúc bằng ch, sh, x, s, o: teach-
teaches; mix-mixes; wash-washes;…
 Bỏ y và thêm ies vào sau các động từ kết thúc bởi một phụ âm +
y: lady-ladies;…
 Một số động từ bất quy tắc: have-has;…

 3.CÁCH SỬ DỤNG THÌ HIỆN TẠI ĐƠN
-Diễn tả một thói quen hay hành động diễn ra thường xuyên, lặp đi lặp lại.
Ví dụ: I go to school by bike every day.

-Diễn tả chân lý, sự thật hiển nhiên.

Ví dụ: The earth moves around the Sun.
-Diễn tả sự việc xảy ra trong tương lai. Cách này thường áp dụng để nói về thời
gian biểu, thời khóa biểu, chương trình hoặc kế hoạch, lịch trình ...
Ví dụ: The plane takes off at 7 a.m this morning.
The train leaves at 8 a.m tomorrow.

4. DẤU HIỆU NHẬN BIẾT: Khi trong câu có các trạng từ chỉ tần suất: 
* Always (luôn luôn) , usually (thường xuyên), often (thường xuyên),
frequently (thường xuyên) , sometimes (thỉnh thoảng), seldom (hiếm khi), rarely
(hiếm khi), hardly (hiếm khi) , never (không bao giờ), generally (nhìn chung),
regularly (thường xuyên)

* Every day, every week, every month, every year, every morning … (mỗi
ngày, mỗi tuần, mỗi tháng, mỗi năm)

*  Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly (hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng,
hàng quý, hàng năm)

* Once/ twice/ three times/ four times….. a day/ week/ month/ year,……. (một
lần/ hai lần/ ba lần/ bốn lần ……..mỗi ngày/ tuần/ tháng/ năm)

 Bài 1: Chia động từ trong ngoặc ở thì Hiện Tại Đơn:
