I am a South Sudanese and a graduate in the field of Procurement and Logistic
management Highly motivated, I had opportunities to work with different
Organizations and gained experiences in various fields.
I am always willing to serve in a multi-cultural, multilingual and dynamic
environment that improvised challenges and thus call for motivation.

I have significant experience and knowledge in the area of Warehouse,


Procurement and Logistic Management, Relief intervention and administration
as well.
I am currently building towards my career by pursuing professional Advanced
Certificate in Procurement and Supply in (CIPS Level 3)

Before I started to work for Non-Governmental Organizations I was


Volunteering as a teacher to my fellow brothers and sisters in both Secondary
Schools and Primary schools.

Key Duties
• Ensures the Hotel rooms are reserved for the new ICRC staff
coming to the country.
• Raises quotation for hotel rooms for ICRC experts who are coming
on longer mission of one year and follow up the agreement.
• Raises quotation with service providers to ensure rooms for
workshop and food for participants is available for the event.
• Ensures the new arrivals to the country are picked at the airport
and taken to their respectful residencies reserved for them.
• Processing requests for visas for all ICRC travellers, as well as
requests for Resident Permit and Diplomatic Identification Card for
international staff.
• Coordinates with Finance unit to make sure all the invoices are
settled and paid to the service provider

• Briefs and assists new international staff, experts and consultants


about logistics & administrative requirements and procedures in
relation to travel and security as well.

Warehouse Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and Storing, Carries out the loading and un-loading of planes,
trucks and containers, Undertakes the receipt and dispatch of all
consignments arriving in the warehouse, Carries out the receiving of
shipments into the warehouse including quality control of palletization,
packing and labelling of incoming shipments, Undertakes the transfer of
goods into the warehouse for storage, Prepare stacking/storage plans in
order to utilize the space optimally, Supports establishment of
appropriate procedures and systems to ensure efficiency of the
warehouse operations.
• Dispatching against requisition documents Processes the picking
requests from the warehouse, Undertakes the packing of sets, kits and
individual items into boxes if required, Ensures the labelling, stacking and
palletization of the packed boxes in line with good practices. Prepare
loading plans and ensure that standard waybills are duly filled.
• Stock taking and reporting; Drafts weekly stocks (receipts, issues and
stock balances by programme and commodity) and logistics movement
reports. In coordination with the Supply and Logistics Officer and Senior
Warehouse Assistant supervises the staff of warehousing management
contractor handling supplies in the warehouse, Performs general
warehouse maintenance including cleaning of the warehouse area,
Participates in physical inventory count, Maintain files for all documents
related to the warehouse operation including receipt and dispatch of
goods. Report on irregularities, if any, in relation to receipt/dispatch of
goods and security of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration and network development, In collaboration with the


relief officer, establish and oversee relationship with all stakeholders.
This will include identifying their requirements and concerns and
managing expectations and pressures and finally together with the relief
officer prepare a stake holder communication plan
• Information gathering/Assessment and intervention, In liaison with
the community leaders, assess reports of displaced and vulnerable
families/communities and develop an intervention logic and modality to
ensure that all are served. In liaison with the community leaders and
relief officer, pick-up NFIs/Relief items throughout the disaster area.
Assist with the delivery and distributions of relief items to the vulnerable
persons in need. Assess the impact and utilization of relief items, inform
and document on the lessons learnt during this intervention
• Logistics and Warehousing; Assist in receipt and dispatching NFIs and
recording accurate NFIs information. Help in developing inventory lists
verses dispatch lists for future references. Assist to inform on the
airstrips, road and infrastructure networks to ease delivery. Conduct PI
(physical Inventory) regularly and document conditions of the NFIs
eventually. Ensuring that there is good hygienic practices in the
warehouse and keeping the environment in and around the warehouse
clean.
