INTRODUCTION

Since this is often the age at which children attend grade school after
successfully navigating the pre-school levels, the seventh year is meant to
represent some kind of independence. As a result, it is seen as a significant
turning point in a child's life. The celebration of Amethyst Exzur's birthday
is intended to be enjoyable and special for her. One hundred fifty attendees
are anticipated for this event, which will take place on October 10, 2020,
from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue,
Naga City, Camarines Sur.

Sur, mother of Amethyst Exzur S. Bañadera who are having a 7 th Birthday
party on October 10, 2022.

Dior Creations Events Planning & Design a company doing business in

the Philippines under this firm name in accordance with provisions of
existing laws, with office address #20 Zone 4 Capilihan Street Calauag, Naga
City, Camarines Sur and presented herein by Jocelyn S. Taguinod
hereinafter referred to as the PARTY B. (EVENT ORGANIZER)

EVENT: Amethyst Ezxur turns 7

THEME : Royal Princess

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Party A acknowledge Party B services in the event promotions.

2. Party A will settle the 50% down payment based on the budget
proposal. The remaining amount will be settled upon the completion
of the event.
3. In the case of cancellation, 10% will be refund to Party A within 8
weeks before the event. Less than 8 weeks means no refund.
4. Party B shall comply and shall be in-charge of the agreed aspects of
the event as mentioned in Event Proposal (Attached).
5. When both or any of the party is impacted by the Force Majeure, both
parties shall request for extension or terminate the agreement. In this
situation, the obligations may be exempted in whole or in part, unless
laws provide otherwise.
 NOW THEREFORE, with the foregoing terms, conditions and covenants
heretofore mentioned, parties finally entered and consummated this
contract.
