2nd Quarter – Week 2 – Day 1 (November 15, 2022)

D. Learning Objectives: Within 60mins, the students will be able to:


 Identify the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Different Forms of Business
Organization
 Develop ways in Forming Business Organization with the aide of their
Advantages and Disadvantages
 Integrate and execute the various ways in Forming Business organizations with
the aide of their Advantages and Disadvantages

Let us now proceed to our topic which is Advantages and Disadvantages of the
Forms of Business Organizations

B. Lesson Proper

Activity

The teacher will show through a powerpoint presntation pictures that will stimulate
students minds about Organizing.

The teacher will conduct an activity called “SOPROPARCOR” The students will be
grouped in to two. The first group shall be called the ADVANTAGE GROUP. The
second group will be called the DISADVANTAGE GROUP. Each group will discuss
from within according to the name of their group. The Advantage group will have a
brainstorming on how each one of them declares Advantages on the Forms of
Business Organizations and consolidate their answers. The Disadvantage group
likewise will have a brainstorming on what are the Disadvantages in the Different
Forms of Business Organizations and consolidate their answers.

Afterwards, the students will then take turns writing their consolidated answers
through a boardwork. They will then try to answer the following guide questions:

1. What can you say about the images being shown to you?
2. Are they true or do you think they are far from what will happen in the
future?
3. How do you feel when you are looking through the images?
4. Do you think Forms of Business Organizations has its own Advantage and
Disadvantages? Would it be necessary?
5. How will you choose the Forms of Business Organizations considering their
advantage and disadvantage if ever you will have your own company in the
future?

To activate the learners’ prior ideas on structural, they will have another activity.

This time, they are going to come up with a single answer through a single graphic by
the aid of google-searched images. By the use of a powerpoint, they will present to
the class why they have chosen such graphic about Advantages and Disadvantages

in the Different forms of business organizations and shall explain and justify their
answers.

Analysis

The teacher will discuss about the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Different
Forms of Business Organizations and what it takes to be a part of it. The teacher will
be asking the students with related questions about regarding their observations on
the Advantages and Disadvantages in the Different forms of business organizations,
their involvement and their relationship with everyone around them as a whole
community.

Abstraction

The teacher will solicit ideas from the participants using Socratic Method or Guided
Inquiry Learning Approach.

 Based on our lesson today, what are the Advantages and Disadvantages in
the Different Forms of Business Organizations?
 Why is it important to Determine the Different Advantages and Disadvantages
in the forms of business organizations?
 How important is determining the advantages and disadvantages in the
different forms in a business organization or in a company?
 How do you manifest surviving through the different advantages and
disadvantages in the different forms of business organization for your own
future company?

Application

Now that the learners have ideas about organizing, using the same grouping, the
students will choose the Forms of Business Organizations which is advantage to
them and explain why it is also a disadvantage to them.
