Learning Episode 3 Establishing Classroom Routines and Procedure in Remote Learning

After doing your classroom routines and formulating your procedures, state what you noticed by
answering the following questions:
How did you feel after employing your classroom routines and establishing your procedures in
the remote learning?
How did your students respond to your classroom routines and procedures?
Was there a change in the classroom environment/teaching-learning process after you have
implemented your classroom routines and procedures?
What was the feedback of your Resource Teacher on your classroom routines and procedures?
Record your answers below

How did you feel after employing your classroom routines and establishing your
procedures in the remote learning?

Since the lesson is well-organized and runs smoothly, I felt relieved. Students participate
and are engaged. They ensure that they can adhere to and carry out the agreements.

How did your students respond to your classroom routines and procedures?

The students are receptive, involved, and active. They ensure everything is completed
and organized.

Was there a change in the classroom environment/teaching-learning process after you

have implemented your classroom routines and procedures?

Following the implementation of routines, the classroom environment has changed; the
class flow is now smooth, and I have noticed that there is now connection with the
students.

What was the feedback of your Resource Teacher on your classroom routines and
procedures?

My resource teacher gave me advice on how to make the classroom routines better and
keep them going.

What factors/conditions prompted you to establish those classroom routines and procedures?
I will be able to control how I get my students' attention by establishing routines and procedures
in the classroom. I will also be able to show them how to get my attention so that I am aware of
their signals for help or attention, make sure they have the required work materials and books, and
control how they transition into cooperative group work.
Because they lay the groundwork for education, predictable routines are crucial for maintaining
order in the classroom. The elements or circumstances that go into forming morning work
procedures, such as daily routines. Children are prepared to return to academics after a break by
being taught to walk directly to their seats, look at the board for assignments, or wait in silence for
directions. putting together plans for how to organize the end of the school day, keep track of who
has been let go, and get children to remain quiet during announcements or directions. creating
"Tips and Tricks" for challenging operations, encouraging student organization and accountability,
enhancing the efficacy of work habit instruction, and teaching kids to be self-sufficient.
Was there a marked improvement in classroom management after employing your classroom
routines?
Yes, there is a discernible improvement in classroom management after the implementation of
the processes. You could potentially save time later on when attempting to manage a class by
addressing routines, whether they are established or new, and by outlining your expectations.
Determining the purpose of your procedures and how you will explain them is therefore crucial. By
doing so, you may minimize guesswork and rely on students to actively participate in their own
education. A classroom with established procedures and routines is more likely to foster positive
relationships, increase daily productivity, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment even
during challenging times than an unstructured and unpredictable classroom when it comes to
establishing classroom procedures to ensure the effectiveness of each school day.
Did the teaching-learning process improve? Justify your answer.

Yes, routines in the classroom help to improve the teaching-learning process and have a good
impact on students' conduct as well as their academic performance. As a result, adopting a
predictable routine in the classroom is one proactive tactic that teachers can use. Students have the
chance to develop greater responsibility and better self-management abilities when they are
required to execute routine chores. The foundation of everyday classroom life is routine. Both
learning and teaching are facilitated by them. Routines not only simplify the lives of instructors,
but they also help to maximize classroom time. Most importantly, effective procedures make it
simpler for kids to learn and perform better.

What insights have you gained?

I am aware of how crucial it is to set classroom routines and practices before, during, and after
classes, whether they are in-person or online. To create a focused and stress-free environment in
my classroom and to ensure that my daily tasks go well, I must establish my own classroom
routines for my future pupils. I must ensure that my classroom routines and processes will be
advantageous to not only me but also to my pupils. I must ensure that this will support their ability
to learn successfully and without trouble for everyone to follow. I want my students to feel
comfortable in going to school and excited and to learn new things.
