Manager - Managers are responsible in interviewing, hiring, and training the
employees. Managers are also responsible in assigning and resolving the problems.

Cashier - Responsible in collecting the payments of every costumer.

Pizza House has a very simple operational plan. It starts from inventory and
estimation of the number of pizzas be produced daily, then purchasing of Ingredients
and raw materials needed. After purchasing, the production put in the oven and bring
out then package, Lastly the delivering or selling the product.

B. Monitoring and Evaluation

Pizza House will manufacture at least 10-15 producing pizza in a day. It takes
less than a minutes to put ingredient before putting in the oven. The production will
not take so long. So, the customer does not disturb in waiting.

investigated and tasted each of the following products that we sell. It is the only pizza
house in town that offers vegan options. Pizza House distinguishes itself from the
competition with a variety of crust flavors (cheese, garlic, etc.) and a wide selection
of pizza toppings. Although our product is inexpensive, it can provide your body with
the nutrients it needs. Not merely our goods, but also our service, is a crucial part of
our customer's time and trust, we provide quick and effective service.

Mercedes Camarines Norte, with high-quality, exquisite goods and a team dedicated

the best pizza possible to meet customer expectations. Our satisfaction comes from
providing the best service to our customer's. thus, we work hard to offer them the
best products we have. The goal of the company is to make money while providing a

Pizza business has a good taste to make our customers happiness. It will

can. Our Pizza House business is a lot of toppings that it can provide your body
nutrients. We located our business in Barangay 4 Mercedes Camarines Norte. We
always supply our ingredients to produce a pizza which will needs of our customers
nether if an event or occasion. This Pizza business have upheld task to provide for
entertain of our customers, to protect the health of our customers we sure that our
ingredients are healthy, our workers are loyalty in business. The atmosphere inside
the pizza house is clean, while providing courteous at all times. We will maintain the
nutritious and delicious of our pizza. Pizza house offers have many different flavors it
is a Hawaiian, pepperoni, ham and cheese, spicy and overload to produce a product
need a raw material especially flour, yeasts and water for the sauce. Since we start
the first day to set up the pizza house, we are offering them a free drink to create
more a business appealing in every customer. From the total population of the target
in the Barangay 4 are 89% which is buy every three days during in my occasion. In
Barangay 4 there are two competitors of pizza house it is the Mamita’s, and
Basteakoy, Mamita’s has 45% of target customers and the Basteakoy have 35%
while pizza house aims 20% of the target. Through creativity, we believe that it will
achieve. Without workers there is no pizza, like manager responsible in interviewing,
hiring and training. Before selling the product, it will need an operational plan include
that inventory, purchasing, and production. Producing the product are not taking so
long, it takes less than a minutes. Our initial capital in one year is 97,000. We can
easily earn money in one year with coworkers.
