3. Construction of the -To put up 3 simplified school
Simplified School categories: Directory for the
Directories Teaching Staff and Personnel;
Directory for the Barangay
Officials and Directory for the
Gen.PTA Officers.
4.Installation of the -To stir the cooperation of
Simplified Directories parents, brgy.and PTA officials
for the good of the school.

Make a solicitation paper to solicit the LGU Proponent, School Head, August-October 2021
and other generous and concerned citizens Brgy.Captain and Gen.PTA

Use the solicited amount to purchase Proponent, School Head, October- December
materials needed in the construction of the Brgy. & Gen.PTA Officers, 2021
directories and for labor of workers. Gr.4 Parents , mason and
paraflex workers.
Call for a meeting of all concerned people to Proponent, School Head, December 2021-
present expenditures of the solicited amount Brgy.Council,Gen.PTA February 2022
& request them to help install the Officers& Gr.4 Parents
directories.

7. To render creative ethnic intermission numbers - Motivate children to practice ethnic intermission numbers for Club adviser & participants Occasional Performed 5 times in
