CHAMPAK
This tree has a silvery to grayish bark and yellowish
to golden flowers that also give off a particular
scent, and as such adds a little romance to your
backyard.

PHOTINA
Many Photinia cultivars grow well in temperate climates and stay green
throughout the year. One of the reasons for planting these popular shrubs
is for their red leaves that appear in spring and summer. These large garden
shrubs can also make attractive hedges for year-long privacy.

WINTERCREEPER
This lovely shrub has a mounding form, making a nice
foundation planting. Many types have variegated leaves
tinged with gold and green or white, which turn pinkish to
red in for bright winter color.

SANTAN
Santan is widely cultivated as a landscape and garden plant. Flower colors
would range from crimson red, yellow, orange to cream and pure white.
Though we have our native varieties, none of these garden-popular santans
is proudly Philippine native.
