1. Is it immoral to violate rights stipulated under Article III of the 1987 Constitution?
Why?

-Article III of the Philippine Constitution is the Bill of Rights. Yes, it is immoral to violate the rights
under article III of the 1987 Constitution considering that it defines the individual's rights by defining the
relationship between the individual and the state and limiting the legal powers of the state. This is one
of the most important political achievements of Filipinos.

-The concept of the Bill of Rights itself is essentially a Western product. For centuries, British, French,
and American political thought held that individual rights were upheld not by personal authority, by
membership in a particular group or political party, or by reliance on force. , came to believe that it must
be protected of arms, but through a professed constitutional recognized procedure.

2. Salvation of souls is a basic doctrine among all religions. Is religious affiliation


(religion) a guarantee to one's salvation? Explain.

-Salvation means being saved by God from the consequences of our wrongdoing. God created
mankind to have an intimate relationship with Him. And he created the perfect world for us to live in.
But when mankind chose to defy God, our relationship with God was destroyed. This resistance was
devastating and brought sin and death to the world. The word "sin" means wrong actions and wrong
thoughts. It's as if our sins stain us forever. God is pure and holy. God cannot tolerate sin, but He wants
us to restore our relationship with Him, so He must do something about sin.

-Religious affiliation does not guarantee to one’s salvation. Religions are just the ways to be
guaranteed by one’s salvation considering you must need to surrender to God first. Being faithful and
morally good can lead you to salvation. It does not meant what religion you are, how much you pray,
how much you attending masses, etc… As long as you don’t surrender to God, your salvation will be
compromised.

3. Is negligence to bodily and intellectual duties immoral? Explain.

-Negligence is a failure to behave with the level of care that someone of ordinary prudence would
have exercised under the same circumstances. Yes, it is immoral considering that man is obliged to
cultivate his intellect and devote himself to the study of these truths. The knowledge he needs to reach
his ultimate goal. That's what humans are made for know the truth But truth cannot be reached without
effort and cultivation of intellect. For this he is bound by this work and cultivation. There are some
truths that everyone should know reach its end. There is other more abstract and difficult needs
under certain circumstances. All men are obliged to acquire the former. The latter is known as an
employment or job requirement. Duty to nurture the intellect also obliges us to cultivate sensitive
faculties. It is necessary for the development of intelligence itself. On the human duty to nurture oneself
intellectually but seeing progress is silly of art and science to heal all ills of mankind. Show experience

4. Why is marriage indissoluble?
