• All personnel to attend HSSE Induction.


• All personnel to be fit for work.
• All work to be subject to Permit to Work (PTW).
• PA to conduct TBT prior to commencement of activity and every crew members to be in attendance.
• Necessary PPEs to be worn while working at site.
• All hand-tools to be fit for purpose, inspected and colour coded.
• All site personnel to be aware of Emergency Response arrangements.
Common HSSE Requirements • First aid kits shall be facilitated at work location.
• Suitable welfare facilities and basic hygiene supplies shall be provided.
• Adequate amount of drinking water to be available at worksite.
• Avoid proximity to wild life.
• All employees shall comply with OQ Life Saving Rules.
• Adequate welfare facility should be provided i.e. water, shed, etc.
