strength
DOING WORKOUT
EXERCISES AT HOME

WORKOUT EXERCISES NOT ONLY


STRENGTHEN OUR MUSCLES, IT ALSO
IMPROVE OUR MINDSET AND
FUNCTION OF THE BRAIN, STRENGTEN
OUR BONES AND ENDURANCE, AND
ENHANCE OUR BODY POSTURE.
WE NEED ENERGY TO DO THE THINGS
THAT WE WANT TO DO WITHIN THE
DAY. EATING MORE NUTRITIOUS
FOOD WILL ENSURE GOOD HEALTH
AND A HAPPY MOOD. DRINKING
LOTS OF WATER WILL PREVENT US
FROM BEING DEHYDRATED.

EATING SUFFICIENT
NUTRITIOUS FOOD (GO,
GROW, AND GLOW) &
DRINKING A LOT OF
WATER DAILY
TAKING A WALK
OUTDOORS

SIMPLY WALKING IS CONSIDERED AN


EXERCISE. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO
WALK AND TAKE A STROLL RATHER
THAN JUST SITTING PRETTY. THIS
IMPROVES OUR LEG MUSCLES AND
BREATHING MECHANISMS.
PLAYING SPORTS IS ANOTHER WAY TO
EXERCISE AND IMPROVE OUR MUSCLES,
WAY OF THINKING, MOOD, STRENGTH,
AND ENDURANCE. IT HELPS US MOVE
PLAYING SPORTS WITH OUR BODY IN COORDINATION WITH OUR
THINKING. IT ALSO IMPROVES OUR WILL
OTHER PEOPLE
TO CONQUER CHALLENGES AND OUR
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER PEOPLE.
DOING PILATES

PILATES IS A MIND-BODY EXERCISE


THAT INCREASES CORE STRENGTH,
IMPROVES BODY POSTURE,
FLEXIBILITY, AND BALANCE.
