- Well, when someone ask you your thoughts of the key word “online
shopping”, im sure that almost you guys sitting here will think about its
strengths (convenience, better price, time saving,..), right?
- But What about its limitations ? Im here today to indicate the limitations
of online purchasing with a view to making a fair evaluation of e-
shopping. Furthermore,you will have a comprehensive look and give a
careful consideration when buying stuffs online.

Lacks Personal Touch

- The first disadvantage of E-shopping I wanna show you is the Lacks
Personal Touch.
- When you buy stuffs online, you’re not able to closely examine the product,
you cannot hold it, feel it, try it on your hands.
- Just imagine oneday you decide to buy a t-shirt, you go on shopee and
select the one you like. The shop gives you the size chart, you choose the
size that you normally wear, and then after some days for delivery, you try
on that shirt and turn out : it isnt fit!, then you have to reply to the shop,
takes time to resend your shirt, wait for another one. That’ s kinda tired.
- I believe that the shortage of the personal touch in online can be the
biggest disadvantage of e-shopping.

Lower the interation

- When you go outside to get the offline purchasing, you will meet many
people: shop assistants, cashiers, maybe your friends, your relative,or just
an acquaintance. Those interactions with them will level up your
 communication skill, will expand your social networking which are
extremely domain theseday.
- But buying online means you just interact with only your device and
shipper. As a result, you will lack the connection to society somehow.
- However, in covid 19 pandemic, this limitation became the strength.Due to
the risk of infection, we must abide by the social distancing. Then online
shopping is very useful for us.

Shipping cost
- Next, we go to the cost of shipping.
- Today,prices of everything is rising, so is the cost of shipping.
- (talk about the petrol price,the packaging price,..)
Wait for delivery
- Time for delivery is also the disadvantage that we should consider clearly.
- For instance, you need sth immediately, but you have to wait for a long
time before you receive the product...
Become a shopaholic
- As everything today is available online it has made shopaholic’s job easy.
- With this variety of E-shops and aggressive marketing now every day is a
festival of buying new stuffs whether required or not. E-shops have not
only made life relaxed and handy but also have become a famous pass
time for mass.
- More and more people are getting addicted to online shopping whenever
free, browsing through the various sites whether intended to buy or not.

- in recent years, shopping online has become much more convenient via
mobile payment solutions.
