    III. Rationale

    Food (Fish) Processing Laboratory is a room building equipped for hands-on


    experiment/activity, lecture/discussion area and research of teacher and learners for
    accomplishing different Food (Fish) products.

    In order to function the laboratory according to its use, we, Food (Fish) Processing
    (FFP) teachers, created a project proposal for the Refurbishment of the FFP laboratory. This
    project may help the Teachers and learners in smooth, easy, and more comprehensive
    learning process; Which there will be a concrete experience and life-long retainment of skills
    and knowledge.

    IV. Objectives
    1. Repair plumbing fixtures;
    2. Change of window glass; and
    3. Ensure the readiness of the laboratory.
