Comments on laying of stone Aggregate without approval and perform all relevant tests

Dear Sir,

It has been observed at site, you have started the Laying of stone aggregate before lean
concrete without approval and perform all relevant tests of that material according to
requirement of Contract of technical specifications.
You're hereby advise to remove and stop the laying of aggregate till confirmation of all
relevant test reports .
Reference to subject the activity of work, the material that M/S had removed from the site,
now you laid that the gravel material not allowed you.
For immediate action on this matter should be required. This is for your information and
further necessary action.
