I have done the valuation of the fixed property owned by of Mr.Rekesh Kayastha for the
propose of security in the favor of M/s Country Development Bank Ltd, BANEPA after
conducting the field survey & measurement. I have not prepared the said particular knowingly to
cause losses to the company. Base on the above facts, the value of the said Land has been
determined as N.Rs.14, 80,000.00 (In word Rupees Fourteen lac Eighty Thousand only) and
recommended that the said land may be taken as security.
