Lead Simulation
Mount Everest
Challenges passed: 1
Throughout the simulation, the team's capacity to function as a unit was clear. Throughout the simulation, we engaged one another and listened to
each other's perspectives.
The only issue was when one of my colleagues' health was deemed to be "at danger," which caused some tension and required us to remain at
camp 2 for an extra day, but we finally cooperated and did our best. Since this was our first simulation, we failed to recognize a few extra points.
Since communication on the Zoom call was a little challenging, the outcome would have been different if we had all been seated together.
Discussion-based decision-making might have been improved by sitting together.
All our members actively participated in the activity and the decision-making process, and most of our decisions were reached by group consensus.
Each team member gave it their all to reach the peak.
5. What did you learn about yourself in the process?
I discovered that I am good at collaborating with people of all backgrounds, and it doesn't take me long to get along with new team members.
