    Dear Mam and Sir,


    Good Day!
    Please excuse my son ANGELO JOSHUA M. BONAYOG for
    being still absent in your class today because he has an asthma due to
    his cough and colds.
    I would like also to ask favor to give him a chance to
    submit or take whatever lesson, lecture, quizzes, outputs and activity
    he will be missing yesterday and today because he still worried the
    missing activities that he was not able to submit that might affect his
    grades due to his condition today. He wanted to go to school today he
    was just take his nebule before going to school but I’d rather tell him to
    stay at home so that he can nebulize himself every 4 hours and I told
    him also to chat his subject teachers and ask his missing activity so that
    he can submit it when he comes to school.
    I hope for your kind consideration and understanding on
    this matter.
