Capitalization
Since the company's ownership has been decided to be a Sole Proprietorship,
capitalization will come from the general manager. Nicole Roni, as the general manager will
contribute an amount of Php 10,000 as a starting capital for the company. The amount collected
will then be used to buy stocks and other materials such as containers and sticker papers for the
packaging. The said materials are necessary for the company to operate. Any excess from the
capital will then be saved for future purposes. This will also serve as the company's emergency
fund. Once the business is already thriving, capital will be returned to the business manager and
the money earned from the company will be used to continue the business operation.
Performance Qualifications like no absents, no late and early out and those who met quotas for
the quarter are examples of the qualifications and the incentive can be in a form of monetary,
grocery or gift certificates.
