Flase ceiling wiring and light fixtures will be charged based on actuals or client can provide it.

The project duration will be 45 days from the carcass payment. Free 3D design will be provided with 2 options, charges has
be paid from 3rd option.

Payment Terms
10% on Confirmation
50% before Carcass delivery and installation
35% before Shutter Delivery and installation
5% after Completion.
