Time Allocation : 4 x 30 minutes (120 minutes)
Learning Objectives : Student is able to:
 Dividing 4 digit numbers with 1 digit number and 4 digit numbers with 2 digit
numbers
 Dividing 10s, 100s, 1000s and so on with the concept
STUDENTS INTERACTIVE LEARNING PROCESS
A. Pre-Instructional Activity: (10 minutes)
 Triggering questions:
 Review previous lesson about multiplication.
 Ask students about division 1-10
B. Whilst-Instructional Activity: (100 minutes)
 Exploration:
 Introduce terms: Division 4 digits by 1&2 digits.
 Show video obout how to divide 4 digits numbers by 1&2 digits numbers.
 Tell students that the step to do the divisions are divide, multiply, substract, brings down and repeat until you
find the final quotient.
 Reminds students about the multiplication by 10, 100, 1000, etc and show the difference of division by 10,
100, 1000, ect.
 Tell students that you need to substract the zero from the first sentence with the seconds sentences and give
them an exercise.
 Guide and revise students in finding the answers.
 Elaboration:
 Show students how to do the division.
 Guide and revise students’ answers.
 Confirmation:
 Check students’ result (and revise their result)
C. Post-Instructional Activity: (10 minutes)
 Reflection: The teacher will discuss the work result and review the lesson.
