บทคัดย่อ
อดีตกระทรวงสาธารณสุขใช้โปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ในดอส (INV for
dos) ปั จจุบันพัฒนาเป็ นโปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ในวินโดว์ (INV for
window) โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ใช้โปรแกรมบริหาร
เวชภัณฑ์แตกต่างกันเพื่อควบคุมคลังเวชภัณฑ์ยา ได้แก่ โปรแกรม Drug
โปรแกรม INVC โปรแกรม INVS โปรแกรม MMIS และโปรแกรมบริหาร
เวชภัณฑ์อ่ น
ื ๆ โรงพยาบาลศรีสะเกษ มีการใช้โปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์
(INVS) แต่ยังพบปั ญหาในการทำงาน จึงสนใจสำรวจความคิดเห็นของ
เภสัชกรต่อโปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อการสำรวจความ
คิดเห็นของเภสัชกรต่อโปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ของโรงพยาบาลสังกัด
กระทรวงสาธารณสุข วิธีวิจัย การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง สำรวจ
ช่วงตุลาคม 2563 – ตุลาคม 2564 ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือโรงพยาบาล
สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 899 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่ง
แบบสอบถาม โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป ทุกแห่ง จำนวน
83 แห่ง โรงพยาบาลชุมชนบางแห่ง จำนวน 112 แห่ง รวม 195 แห่ง
ติดตามแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์และทางโทรศัพท์ ผลการวิจัย
แบบสอบถามตอบกลับ 63 แห่ง ร้อยละ 32.31 โรงพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่ใช้
โปรแกรม DRUG ร้อยละ 36.51 โปรแกรม INVC ร้อยละ 22.22
โปรแกรม INVS ร้อยละ 15.87 และโปรแกรมอื่น ร้อยละ 25.40 ภาพรวม
ในการใช้โปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ มีความคิดเห็นในระบบ เท่ากับ
3.51±0.84 เภสัชกรส่วนใหญ่แสดงความคิดเห็นมากในโปรแกรม INVS
โปรแกรม INVC โปรแกรมอื่นๆ และโปรแกรม Drug ตามลำดับ
โปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ส่วนใหญ่สามารถดำเนินการด้านกระบวนการ
บริหารคลังเวชภัณฑ์และด้านกระบวนการรายงานได้ดี แต่ด้านระบบคลัง
ยาย่อย/ชัน
้ จ่ายยา และด้านกระบวนการจัดซื้อและบริหารงบประมาณ มี
หลายโปรแกรมที่แสดงความคิดเห็นน้อยหรือไม่สามารถประเมินได้ สรุป
ควรเพิ่มการพัฒนาโปรแกรมบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการ
ของผู้ใช้ในด้านระบบคลังยาย่อย/ชัน

Abstract
Sisaket Hospital has been using drug inventory management
software since 2007. Later that year, INVS has been selected
as the only one software to be used. Operated an inventory
turnover ratio 1.22 per month, and an average of drug
distribution within the hospital was 15,000 orders per year.
Managing inventory when there is a high variability in demand
is challenging and using INVS is encountering numerous
obstacles, therefore this study aimed to find out the
difference between each drug inventory programs which
were used in hospitals.
Objective: To study the drug inventory programs of hospitals
in Thailand.
Methods: The study was a descriptive research .The survey
questionnaire was conducted from April 2019 - October 2021,
followed up by postal and telephone. The population was
899 public hospitals operated by the Ministry of Public
Health. The sample group was selected by purposive
sampling method which were 83 hospital centers and general
hospitals, 112 community hospitals, in total 195 hospitals.
Results: 63 hospitals responded to mail questionnaires. An
overview of the use of drug inventory programs in Thailand,
their satisfaction with the system was 3.51. Most pharmacists
were satisfied with the drug inventory program MMIS, INVS,
SSB, INVC, HosXP, and Drug respectively.
Conclusion:  Most drug inventory programs in Thailand are
effective in managing and reporting inventory systems.
However, users cannot give the rating score about the system
that connects between the drug warehouse and the drug
dispensing site or the drug outpost on many programs.
Moreover, this system has a low rating followed by the drug
procurement system. As a result, the development of a
pharmaceutical management program that meets the needs
of users should be provided. It will lead to improvements in
the speed, quality of work and performance indicators.
