    DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CONSULTATION WITH COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS

    Stage 1
    September 2019 1. Send invitation letter to Brgy. Council Members and GPTA Officers.

    2. Conduct FGD with the invited community stakeholders.

    3. Identify Priority Improvement Areas (PIA).

    Stage 2
    October 2019 1. Plan for programs and projects with the stakeholders to improve the
    identified priority areas.

    2. Conduct SIP crafting in collaboration with the internal & external


    stakeholders.

    3. Finalize the SIP.

    4. Submit SIP to SDO for approval.

    5. Inform the community stakeholders on the approved SIP.

    Stage 3

    November – 1. Implement the approved SIP


    March 2020
    2. Conduct regular meeting with the stakeholders.
