विश्व के प्रत्येक दे श ने स्वतंत्रता के बाद अपना इतिहास स्वयं लिखा तथा विदे शी आक्रांताओं द्वारा लिखे पर्वा
ू ग्रही
इतिहास को नकार दिया। विश्व का एक मात्र दे श भारत है जिसने अंग्रेजों के जाने के बाद अभी तक अपना इतिहास
स्वयं लिखने का कार्य ठीक से नही किया है । इस दिशा में संगठन तथा व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर अनेक अच्छे प्रयास हुए
है पर वह सामग्री हमारी औपचारिक शिक्षा का अंग अभी तक नही बन पाया तथा अधिकांश भारतीय उस इतिहास
से अनभिज्ञ है ।
पश्चिम से प्रभावित लोगो का मत है की भारत के अतीत में प्रशंसा तथा गौरव के योग्य कुछ विशेष नही है । अरब
तथा यरू ोप के अक्रांताओ ने निर्धन, असभ्य, असंस्कृत, असंगठित भारत को ज्ञान, विज्ञान, सभ्यता तथा संस्कृति
का पाठ पढ़ाया। न्याय, व्यवस्था, शिक्षा, उद्योग, वास्तु विज्ञान आदि भारत के पास कुछ नही था । इस मान्यता
के विपरित आर्नोल्ड टायन्बी, विल ड्यरू ाँट, विलियम डिग्बी, प्रो. हे जिमे नाकामरु ा आदि अनेक विश्व विख्यात
विद्वानों का कहना है कि सारे असभ्य संसार को सभ्य, सस ु स्
ं कृत, समद्
ृ ध, विकसित बनाने का कार्य भारत ने
किया। विश्व में सभ्यता का प्रकाश भारत से विस्तारित हुआ।
यह दोनो भारत के परस्पर विरोधी चित्र हैं। इनमें से सच क्या है , यह सत्य जानना जरूरी है ।
अनेक लोगो को लगता है कि भारत से जड़ ु े ऐतिहासिक तथ्यों को जान बझू कर दबाया, छुपाया और विकृत किया
गया है ।
प्रत्येक ईमानदार व्यक्ति चाहे गा कि भारत का जो भी ऐतिहासिक सत्य है वह तथ्यों के आधार पर सामने आना
चाहिए।
इसी उद्दे श्य की पर्तिू के लिए इस संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया जा रहा है । सभी भारतीयों तथा सच के समर्थन में
खड़े लोगो से हमारा अनरु ोध है कि राष्ट्रीय महायज्ञ के इस प्रयास में अपना सहयोग प्रदान करें ।

संगोष्ठी के प्रस्तावित विषय -

भारतीय अतीत के किसी भी आयाम पर तथ्यों, प्रमाणों व संदर्भों से पष्ु ट मौलिक शोध पत्र इस संगोष्ठी हे तु
आमंत्रित हैं।

४ - पाँच-छः ईसापर्व ू का भारत

उपरोक्त काल खंडों का विभाजन सझ ु ाव के रूप में है । इन काल खंडों में भारत की आर्थिक, सामाजिक, वैज्ञानिक,
व्यापारिक स्थिति-प्रगति की क्या स्थिति थी, भारत की कृषि, शिक्षा, न्याय व्यवस्था, शासन व्यवस्था, वास्तु
शास्त्र, चिकित्सा ज्ञान तथ व्यवस्था इत्यादी कैसे और किस स्तर के थे, भारत को किन चन ु ौतियों तथा आक्रमणों
का सामना करना पड़ा और उस समय में भारत की क्या भमि ू का रही, उन आक्रांताओं और आक्रमणों के भारत पर
क्या प्रभाव हुए; इन के आधार पर भारत के अतीत को भारतीय दृष्टि तथा प्रमाणिक संदर्भों के आधार पर फिर से
जानने, समझने और लिखने की परम आवश्यकता है ।
कालक्रम विभाजन के अन्तर्गत
निम्न विषयों पर प्रकाश डालने वाले शोध पत्र भी लिखने की आवश्यकता है :

• विश्व के अनेक विद्वानों द्वारा भारतीय संस्कृति, समाज और इतिहास के ऊपर अनेक ग्रंथ लिखे गए हैं जो अभी
तक औपचारिक शिक्षा का अंग नहीं बने। ऐसे अधिकाँश साहित्य की किन्हीं कारणों से उपेक्षा की गई लगती है ।
कुछ ग्रंथों की जानकारी इतिहास के विद्वानों को भी नहीं है । भारत के विस्मत ृ अतीत की जानकारी दे ने वाली उन

Foreword :Every country of the world wrote its own history after independence and rejected the
prejudiced history written by foreign invaders. India is the only country in the world which, after
the departure of the British, has not yet done the task of writing its own history properly. Many
good efforts have been made in this direction at the organizational and individual level, but that
material has not yet become a part of our formal education and most of the Indians are unaware
of that history.
People influenced by the West are of the opinion that there is nothing special in India's past
which is worthy of praise and glory. The invaders of Arabia and Europe taught the lessons of
knowledge, science, civilization and culture to the poor, uncivilized, uncultured, unorganized
India. India had nothing to do with justice, order, education, industry, architectural science etc.
Contrary to this belief, Arnold Tynby, Will Durant, William Digby, Prof. Hejime Nakamura etc.
many world famous scholars say that India did the work of making the whole uncivilized world
civilized, cultured, prosperous, developed. The light of civilization in the world extended from
India.These two are conflicting pictures of India. What is the truth of these, it is important to
know the truth.Many people feel that the historical facts related to India have been deliberately
suppressed, hidden and distorted.Every honest person would like that whatever is the historical
truth of India, it should come out on the basis of facts.

For this purpose, this seminar is being organized. We request all Indians and people standing in
support of truth to give their cooperation in this effort of National Mahayagya.Your suggestions,
questions and proposals for cooperation can be sent to the following email.Proposed topics of
the seminar -Original research papers on any dimension of Indian past supported by facts,
evidence and references are invited for this seminar.

6 - 1st to 5th century Of India
7 - 5th to 8th century India

The division of the above periods is in the form of suggestions, what was the status of India's
economic, social, scientific, business, progress in these periods, India's agriculture, industry,
education, justice system, governance system, architecture, how and what level were India's
challenges and attacks. There is an absolute need to re-know, reunderstand and rewrite India's
past on the basis of the Indian perspective and authentic references, based on what was faced
and what was the role of India in those times and what was the effect of the invasions on India.

There is also a need to write research papers highlighting the following topics:
* Role of Muslim rulers in India - their Impact and conflict on society (may be provincial)
* Attack, resistance, struggle and effect of Christian invaders (may also be material in the
province.)

• Many texts have been written on Indian culture, society and history by many scholars of the
world, which have not yet become a part of formal education. Much of such literature seems to
have been neglected for some reason. Even the scholars of history are not aware of some texts.
Research papers are also invited on those books and texts giving information about the
forgotten past of India. Some of these authors are: Vildurant (The Case for India), William Digby
(The Prosperous British India), Hejime Nakamura, Hyusang, Lt. Col. A. Walker (Writing on
Shipping Industry of India),Tervonis (France) and William Bond's textile industry- Arts and Trade,
American Prof. Dirk Written Cast of Mind, etc.
Research paper word limit 2000 words (send summary up to three hundred words first)
Language - Hindi, English or Sanskrit.

The selection committee will have the right to accept and reject the research paper.
