1. सारानु वाद के स्वरूप पर विचार करते हुए इसके विविध पक्क्षो की चर्चा कीजिए

सारानु वाद का अर्थ होता है किसी भी विस्तृ त विचार अथवा सामग्री का सं क्षेप में अनु वाद
प्रस्तु त करना। लम्बी रचनाओं, राजनै तिक भाषणों, प्रतिवे दनों आदि व्यावहारिक कार्य के
अनु वाद के लिए सारानु वाद काफ़ी उपयोगी सिद्ध होता है । इस प्रकार के अनु वाद में मूल-भाषा के
कथ्य को सु रक्षित रखते हुए लक्ष्य-भाषा में उसका रूपान्तरण कर दिया जाता है । सारानु वाद का
प्रयोग मु ख्यत: दुभाषिये , समाचार पत्रों एवं दरू दर्शन के सं वाददाता तथा सं सद एवं विधान
मण्डलों के रिकार्डकर्त्ता करते हैं । 5- व्याख्यानु वाद : व्याख्यानु वाद को भाष्यानु वाद भी कहते हैं ।
इस प्रकार के अनु वाद में अनु वादक मूल सामग्री के साथ-साथ उसकी व्याख्या भी प्रस्तु त करता
है । व्याख्यानु वाद में अनु वादक का व्यक्तित्व महत्त्वपूर्ण होता है । और कर्इ जगहों में तो
अनु वादक का व्यक्तित्व एवं विचार मूल रचना पर हावी हो जाता है । बाल गं गाधर तिलक द्वारा
किया गया ‘गीता’ का अनु वाद इसका उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण है ।

इस अनु वाद में मूलभाषा की सामग्री का सं क्षिप्त और अतिसं क्षिप्त अनु वाद लक्ष्यभाषा में किया
जाता है । लं बे भाषणों और वाद-विवादों के अनु वाद प्रस्तु त करने में यह विधि सहायक होती है ।

Lkjkuqokn की बहुपक्षीयता के अनु रूप Lkjkuqokn के वर्गीकरण के भी अने क आधार हैं । यही कारण है
कि अनु वाद के भे दों पर विद्वानों ने अपने अलग-अलग विचार व्यक्त किए हैं । पाश्चात्य विद्वान
जे .सी.कैटफोर्ड ने अपनी पु स्तक ‘A Linguistics Theory of Translation’ में निम्नलिखित तीन मु ख्य
आधारों पर अनु वाद के प्रकार बतलाये हैं :
क- पाठ विस्तार का आधार : 

1. पूर्ण अनु वाद,

2. आं शिक अनु वाद

ख- भाषा स्तर का आधार :

1. समस्त अनु वाद                                          

2. सीमित अनु वाद

ग- श्रे णी का आधार :          

1. मु क्त अनु वाद

2. शाब्दिक अनु वाद और
3. मध्यवर्गी अनु वाद

एक अन्य पाश्चात्य विद्वान कांसाग्रादे ने अनु वाद के चार भे द बतलाए हैं :

1. भाषापरक अनु वाद

2.  तथ्यपरक अनु वाद
 3. सं स्कृतिपरक अनु वाद
4. सौन्दर्यपरक अनु वाद

अनु वाद के प्रकारों के मु ख्यत: चार आधार माने हैं :

1. गद्यत्व एवं पद्यत्व,

2. साहित्यिक,
3. विषयगत
4. अनु वाद की प्रकृति।

डॉ. एन. र्इ. विश्वनाथ अय्यर ने अनु वाद के भे द-उपभे दों के तीन मु ख्य आधार स्वीकारे हैं :

1. माध्यम,
2. प्रक्रिया और
3.  पाठ।

डॉ. सुरेश कुमार ने अनु वाद प्रकार को तीन शीर्षकों में विभाजित किया है :

1. भाषा केन्द्रीयता,
2. भाषा बाह्य और
3. मिश्रित।

हैं ।

i) अनु वाद अध्ययन में यह एक स्थापित तथ्य है कि यदि एक दर्जन अनु वादक एक ही कविता से निपटते हैं
तो वे एक दर्जन विभिन्न सं स्करणों का उत्पादन करें गे ।

 ii) सच्चाई यह है कि यह अनु भव बहुत लं बे समय से हमारे साथ है ।

 vi) वीर यु ग में एथे नी के चार जनजातियों को अभी भी अटिका के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में स्थापित किया
गया था।

vii) हमारे पास विवाह के तीन मु ख्य रूप हैं जो मानव विकास के लिए तीन मु ख्य चरणों के अनु रूप हैं ।

viii) फैमु लस का अर्थ है एक घरे लू दास और पारिवारिक व्यक्ति एक व्यक्ति से सं बंधित दासों की समग्रता
को दर्शाता है ।

ix) भारत का विभाजन 1947 में इतिहास के महान मानव आक्षे पों में से एक था।

a) Training and development of staff is an important component of human
resource development which goes well along the career path of the employees
since their induction in the organization .Effective training empowers the staff to
carry out, signed functions more effectively and efficiently at the workplace
(Srinivas, 2012). It provides the employees with the relevant tools to perform in a
better way by developing their skills, enhancing, knowledge, improving attitude,
and overall behaviour in the organizational context. The impact of training is
meant to stay beyond the completion of training itself. There has been a
tremendous growth in ODL system in India since the establishment of the School
of Correspondence Courses in the University of Delhi in 1962 and later on, Dr.
B.R. Ambedkar Open University at Hyderabad in 1982. No looking back, the
system has witnessed sizable expansion with the establishment of a national
open university (Indira Gandhi National Open University). 14 State Open
Universities and over 220 Directorates of Distance Education functioning under
the aegis of conventional universities as of now. The contribution of the ODL
institutions to the overall student body in higher education in the country is to the
tune of 22-23 per cent. The ODL system differs from the face-to-face education
system in methodology, philosophy and in the clientele it serves. It provides
educational aspirants with an opportunity to fulfill their academic needs while
being in fulltime employment or carrying out their social responsibilities. The
academics and teachers joining the ODL system as workforce are new to its
administrative, academic and pedagogical subsystems

् हुई है और बाद में डॉ बी.आर. 1982 में है दराबाद में
भारत में ODL प्रणाली में जबरदस्त वृ दधि
अम्बे डकर मु क्त विश्वविद्यालय पीछे मु ड़कर नहीं दे खा, इस प्रणाली ने राष्ट् रीय मु क्त विश्वविद्यालय
(इं दिरा गां धी राष्ट् रीय मु क्त विश्वविद्यालय) की स्थापना के साथ बड़े पै माने पर विस्तार दे खा है । 14
राज्य मु क्त विश्वविद्यालय और अब तक पारं परिक विश्वविद्यालयों के तत्वावधान में दरू स्थ शिक्षा कार्य
के 220 से अधिक निदे शालय। दे श में उच्च शिक्षा में समग्र छात्र निकाय में ओडीएल सं स्थानों का
योगदान 22-23 प्रतिशत है । ओडीएल प्रणाली कार्यप्रणाली, दर्शन और ग्राहक से वा में आमने -सामने
की शिक्षा प्रणाली से भिन्न है । यह शै क्षिक उम्मीदवारों को पूर्णकालिक रोजगार में रहने या उनकी
सामाजिक जिम्मे दारियों को पूरा करने के दौरान उनकी शै क्षणिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने का अवसर
प्रदान करता है । ODL प्रणाली में कार्यबल के रूप में शामिल होने वाले शिक्षाविद और शिक्षक इसके
प्रशासनिक, शै क्षणिक और शै क्षणिक उप-प्रणालियों के लिए नए हैं I
