2019

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT:
1. Monitor student’s academic performance through quizzes, recitations and diagnostic tests to
enhance classroom instruction.
2. Performed series of activities/experiments in all past lessons
3. Encouraged students to participate and cooperate in the tree planting and feeding activity of Science
Department and attend school-based program
4. Improved the student’s behaviour and study habits through integrating values education during
class.
5. Contestants were coached and trained in preparation for the Division National Science Quest on
November 27-30, 2019 at Flores Integrated School, San Manuel, Pangasinan

TEACHER’S DEVELOPMENT
1. Attended staff and department`s meeting.
2. Daily lesson log and accomplishment report were checked by the OIC of the department
and the principal
3. The teacher was observed by the Principal and the Head Teacher.
4. The teacher headed the waste management every week.
5. Attended the Municipal Science Advisers Club.
6. Attended Division Science Quest

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
1. Strictly followed K-12 Curriculum for Grade 9.

PROJECTS/PROCUREMENT:
1. Procured seedlings, plastic bags and fertilizer worth
2. Provided tarpaulin for the Science vegetable garden worth P320.00
3. Procured cleaning materials for science rooms worth
4. Procured materials in the rehabilitation of LM s
