SPECIFICATION
A Frame : 44mm thick Red Merant Wood on Mahogany veneer PU polish finish.
B Architrave: 60x12mm Red MerantI on PU Polish finish.
C IRONMONGERIES PROVIDED BY CLIENT : (Hinges, Door Handle with lock pad & door stoper )
Terms & conditions

1 . Quotation prepared as per the project drawings and design. Any changes may cause increase in the price .

2 . All prices are based on current market price . Incase recivse the price and regulation after your order confirmation

resulting in aditional or different panel components being required , these shall be charged extra.

3 . Excluding : 1- any work other than mentioned above.

2- any type of authority approvels

3- any type of civil work

4- any type external works

5- supply of Door ironmongeries

4 . Note : 1 1- Temporary power supply for site work shall be provided by client

5 . Payment: 1- 50% Advance against LPO, 40% against delivery and 10% after completion.

2- As per UAE LAW , 5% VAT will applicable in each invoice amount .

4 . Completion: As per the discussion

If there will be any delay on the approval of samples or approval on designs, it will affect on the completion of job
