 To boost sourcing strategies using different portals
 To identify qualified talents who can be successful in the field of recruitment though this
bootcamp

A. PROJECT SOURCING TEAM for STAFFING (Onsite)

Job Description

 Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) to look for and connect with
potential candidates
 Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
 Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
 Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
 Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
 Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
 Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
 Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

Performance Monitoring

 Create at least 3 job ads creatives


 Source at least 40 applicants per day
 Endorse at least 10 applicants per day

Work From Home Monitoring Tools (non-negotiable)

a. Loom - for screen recordings to monitor work activities for timekeeping purposes
b. Jibble – for time tracking and attendance monitoring
c. Fresh Team – Applicant Tracking System

Project Cost

a. Rate – P120/hour
b. At least 6 hours in a day following 4 hours core time (10:00AM – 4:00PM)

Policy
 Disappearance Policy
o Accumulates a total of 4 hours offline per week;
o Experienced issues in 2 or more consecutive days due to technical, personal and other
matters; and
o No Call No Show (NCNS) for at least 2 hours in a week, would mean termination of
contract.
