Day 2

Family Survey and Consolidation of Data

On our 2nd day of RHU duty on December 4, 2022 at Barangay Papandayan Kaniyogan,

we conducted our official family survey, during which the student nurses interviewed their

respective assigned family. Each student nurse was given the responsibility of one family and the

duty to survey that family to learn more about their health status and concerns. We interviewed

20 families in all. Following the family survey and interview, we moved on to compile and

analyze the information gathered. We gained knowledge of the main social issues affecting

Barangay Papandayan Kaniyogan. We were able to comprehend the causes and consequences of

those societal issues. We also learned about the various features of those family households'

physical environments, cultural characteristics, financial situations, and social life that have an

impact on their health. Overall, we were productive throughout the day because we were able to

conduct both the family survey and consolidation of data.
