Respected Sir/Ma’am,

Good day sir/ma’am. My name is Sophia B. Tuvera and I am a student from Section
Electra (Academic-STEM). I am the leader in our research project.

Respected, we are working on our research project experiment for which we are in need
of some tools. I am respectfully writing this letter to seek your kind permission for borrowing
Laboratory Hot Plate, Mortar and pestle, and Voltmeter from the laboratory for completing our
project.

I ensure, I will be using the tools responsibly and will return the tools by next week by
my group members since I am not around. I will supervise Mary Dianne Therese Regatuna and
Christine Mae Camanian to return it without damage.
