 ABSTRACTION

The Main aim of doing this project is to design a system that can manage and handle the activities that are
involved in a hotel reservation in an organized, Cost-effective and reliable way. This project will help the
administrative people department to do their work ineffective manner without causing any trouble.The visitors
or customer to reserve their room according to needs before they come to hotel.

• Customer can use any electronic device like laptop ,computers , smart phone or tablet
etc to book and conform their stay with Hotel. Based on the limitation and shortcomings
identified in the existing Hotel Room Reservation system , the Solutions have been
provided for the better management to the organization and easy to access to the
customer.
 INTRODUCTION
To Create secure online reservations. While the process is similar to booking with an online travel agent
(OTA), the difference is the hotel’s booking engine essentially links up to their own website so that there
are no additional fees incurred for the property.

Through the hotel reservation system software, guests can choose how long they will stay, the type of
room they want, get add-ons, and pay securely online through a payment platform. In this article we’ll go
in depth about what a hotel reservation system is, how it works, and the benefits that it offers to the
hospitality sector. So let’s get started.
 Existing system
The customers had to call up the hotel and make bookings
depending on the availability .The information was given
individually to all the customers who called for reservation. This
was a difficult task.

Proposed system
Depending on the availability of the rooms the user can book
the rooms . The user also has an option to update the reservation details .
The user can view the room rates . He can check for different amenities
provided by the hotel. The user can also know more about the hotel and its
address.

It is used to login in our website by customer and admin .It is also
used to login in very simple ways for user and admin . It is also used in all
ways in online .
Customer details :
It is used to know the details of all customer by the admin . Its also
used to clarify the data of all the customer by admin login by admin.
Check-in & check-out:
It is used to know when the customer wants to check-in in
the Hotel and the customer want to check –out from the Hotel if customer
need to check out.
Room availability:
It is used to know the exact details about the available
rooms in simple manner . It is also used for better clarification of the room
availability .
Room reservation:
It is used to book the rooms and used to choose
the what type of rooms we want and what type rooms want to
choose and book.
Payment :
It is used to make the what type of payment the
customer wanted to go whether online payment or cash on Hotel .
Room cancellation:
It is used to cancel the room if the customer
wanted to cancel the room if needed . It is also used for cancel
the room if the room is order wrongly by the customer .
