Dear Sir/Madam, 15 Dec 2022

Hope this letter finds you well. I would like to first take this opportunity to
introduce myself as a student at the University of Kalinga Institute of Industrial
Technology (KIIT), pursuing Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and
Engineering. My expected graduation date is June of 2023. I am currently looking for "A
ONE SEMESTER EXCHANGE PROJECT" with esteemed Institute like CY Tech, France. When
I first heard, my university offered the possibility to study abroad. I didn’t hesitate
and I applied immediately. The reasons I’m applying are quiet simple. First of all, It’s
something I really want to do and it would be really stupid of me to not take this
opportunity. Secondly it was always a dream to study abroad and to visit the France.
Now I can do this both thanks to the CY Tech, France. Thirdly I’m also thinking about
my future. This is something that would look really good on my CV.

I’m applying for Bachelor "Data Science" because I’m currently in my final year of
my bachelor program, which is called: “Computer Science and Engineering”. Also, in my
last 2 years of my high school I studied “Science”. Overall, throughout the last 5 years,
I have been very busy with IT. I have had several difficult and interesting IT courses
during these years, and I have come to an important conclusion: the principal things I
wish to develop in my career are Data Science, computer networking and network
security. I’m aware that the France is known for its leadership in Internet
techknowledgy and that’s one of the many reasons, I want to study in the France. I’m
really looking forward to taking new courses and learn new things I've never heard
about.

My curriculum comprised of courses like Database Systems, Analysis of Algorithms,

Web Technologies, Software Engineering (under Prof. Pradeep Kumar Mallika),
Networking, Specification and design of Graphical User Interface has assisted me to
gain profound knowledge in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. Adapting to
various work cultures, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and prioritizing have been
striking features of my working style. In addition to the above, I strongly believe in
learning and sharing my knowledge with my colleagues. “Knowledge parted is knowledge
gained” has been my motto in life. I am keen to learn and am sharp at identifying and
solving problems. I am confident that my background and knowledge in the Information
Technology arena coupled with my strong technical skills in software languages will
provede me confidence in the field of digital technology like IOT, Automation, Robotics,
AI and Machine Learning. I have been involved in research work. Research opportunities
at my university focus both on fundamental research in the theory of computation,
computer networks, computer vision, data mining, software engineering, artificial
intelligence and robotics, as well as on projects of practical socio-economic
significance, such as building systems to communicate relevant information to farmers,
designing mapping solutions for rural areas and building record-keeping solutions for
the Digital Land Record Management system.
Furthermore, in June 2021, I have participated in an internship for a week at Tata
Technology Services India, where I worked together with the IT manager. During this
week, I worked on creating a database. This was the first time I ever encountered SQL
programming language. During this week, I managed to learn basic SQL and create the
database. This week of work experience was very useful as it enabled me to deepen my
understanding of computer science. It was an excellent opportunity to gain work
experience in my chosen field of computer science. I believe my skills will help me
thrive in this role. Between my education and work experience, I'm positive I'll be a
strong addition to the team. Since graduating from college, I've held a number of
engineering roles in the software sector. I've worked extensively with the technologies
included in the listing, such as Java, Ruby, React and Kubernetes, and I learn new
languages and frameworks quickly. More importantly, I have a keen problem-solving
awareness that has helped me succeed in previous roles.

Not only would this be a great experience, educationally but also culturally. I want
to know the real college life in France, learn new people, be open to a new culture.
This will be a really good lesson to be independent. This new adventure will be a really
good lesson for me to learn to become independent. This is a challenge that I am eager
to take on. I am eager to apply these course “Bachelor Data Science” to join at CY Tech,
France for A ONE SEMESTER EXCHANGE PROJECT, and I'd be thrilled to discuss my
qualifications more in person. I have also enclosed my full CV detailing my education
along with CY Tech, France application form, Official copies of university transcripts
and degrees, Copy of identity card- passport, A proof of English proficiency and
achievements for your review.

Thank you in advance for considering my application and please do not hesitate to
contact me if you should need additional information.

Sincerely,
Md Abdullah Al Riaj
