PROGRAM OF TECHNICAL PREPARATIONS FOR FIRST DEGREE VOLLEYBALL

Table below shows the elements of techniques that needs to be overcome at the level of the first cycle
of the first-degree volleyball for grade school, high school and college. They are arranged by month; the
curriculum is general and it can be modified which depends on the capabilities of students and their
progress:

 Techniques overhand serve
January  Repetition and determination of all elements of learned techniques
February  Techniques overhand serve
 Techniques underhand pass
 Techniques spike
March  Basic offense
 Basic defense
 Techniques on digging
 Techniques on blocking
April  Game situations (video presentation)
 Repetition and determination of all elements of learned techniques
May  Practicing all the technical elements
