    This is to request your good office for my temporary transfer to Out Patient Department as I
    continuously observe and undergo treatment regimens for my health condition.

    I came from the Orthopedic cluster and during my short stay there I can say that I’ve learned a
    lot of insights in Orthopedic management. By saying so, I am looking forward to returning to that unit
    once my health allows me to.
