BGHMC NURSING SERVICE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WORK FOR HOME ACTIVITIES

REMINDERS:
1. Nursing personnel on duty from May 1-15 are expected to implement their WFH activities on the next half (May 16-31) and vice versa.
2. Participation in online meetings, webinars, or conferences timed for two (2) to three (3) hours can still be done during OFF duties in the current work duration as applicable.
3. Documentary requirements shall be kept in the custody of the Supervisor while the WFH Form shall be attached with the DTR once submitted.
4. The Supervisor shall maintain a Monitoring and Evaluation logbook to check on the deliverables of each personnel in his/her own unit.
