 INTRODUCTION

In the following document we will find topics addressed through infographics as well as cause
and effect diagrams that are explained through explanatory videos.

that clearly express the importance of the use and application of intellectual property and the
importance it has in companies since it affects many sectors such as patents, copyrights,
trademarks, industrial designs, trade secrets. And it is an indispensable part of the economic
industry and all these functions are regulated by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce
as a regulatory entity.

 OBJECTIVES

General objective:
Recognize intellectual property protection as a key tool to develop technologic innovation
inside companies.

Specific objectives:
 Create an infographic on the protection of intellectual property according to the
selected topic.
 Draw a cause and effect diagram on the excessive processing time hurdle.
 Create an explanatory video about the cause and effect diagram and the
recommendations to avoid these obstacles.

 CONCLUSIONS

 We can conclude the importance of intellectual property in companies, everything that

has to do with the regulatory factors of the documentation created by the company.
 Through the use of the cause and effect diagram we were able to determine the factors
that affect production in terms of excessive delay times.
