3. Oxygen, Acetylene and LPG tanks are not inside a confined   
space, and are secure from toppling
4. Torch, hoses, regulators and fittings have been inspected and   
found safe for operation
C. Welder / Fire Watch
5. Assigned for this Permit, during and 30 minutes after the work   
6. Person knowledgeable in identifying probable fire hazards and in   
using fire extinguishers has been assigned.
