I take the opportunity to write this letter to support Mr. Faisal Iqbal to pursue his Master at your
esteemed university. I am the Head of the department at the Sagar Institute of Rsearch &
Technology Bhopal department of mechanical engineering. I’ve been teaching in academia for 17
years and have taught thousands of students. I have Known Faisal for three years, during which I
taught him Refrigeration and air conditioninig in the final semester and guided him in Refrigeration
and air conditioninig subjects and placements in the Industrial sector in his final year. I have
observed certain skills like team building and empathy that have hugely benefited us in the
mechanical engineering department during the final semester project on Automatic Wall Painting
Machine.

In his final semester, I have seen him taking a lead role in his semester major project of Automatic
wall painting machine where he led a team of 4 people for his academic project Automatic wall
painting machine . He deliberately planned, coordinated, and executed the whole project as the
team lead . His communication and problem-solving skills can be seen very clearly in his academic
project as most of the classes were going remote and every team member was remote due to covid-
19 pandemic, but still he led the project to get everybody to deliver the project in a record time of 2
months 1 month early before the submission and final semester exams

In his project of Automatic wall painting machine , he presented the offering of automation and
mechanical engineering . He not only showed his design skills like using Figma to design application
interface + AutoCAD to design the frame of Automatic wall painting machine. This whole project was
to add automation and robotic skills in wall painting machine in terms of making painting
simple,friendly and less chemical hazard to human . His skills in atutomatic wall painting machine
project surely reflected his analytical skills by doing guest estimates of ongoing projects of
construction sites and renovation of residential of the Bhopal metropolitan area to reflect the
problem statement that he and his team were solving and team building skills as he built the whole
team and eventually lead the whole team in the pandemic.

After teaching and guiding Faisal for the project I can widely say that he has all the skills to do good
in any endevours he aspires to work upon . His soft skills like empathy, team building, and data-
driven approach will enormously contribute to your valuable program . I would highly recommend
his name for this program at your esteemed university .
