‫المهام‪:‬‬

‫تعمل فوزية الحصان حاليا كرئيس قسم الجودة وتقييم األداء بكلية التربية طرابلس بجامعة طرابلس وأستاذة للرياضيات‬
‫بقسم الرياضيات حيث تتولى مهام التدريس للطالب في مستوي الدراسة الجامعية‪  .‬وتتضمن المهام التي‪  ‬قامت بها‬
‫بصفتها عضو هيئة تدريس بدرجة استاذ مساعد ‪ ،‬التدريس وتوجيه الطالب في مشاريع تخرجهم كما‪  ‬شملت االشراف‬
‫االكاديمي على الطالب واالشراف على طالبات التربية العملية‪ .‬وقد قامت عبر السنين بتدريس مقررات جامعية شملت‬
‫مثال‪  :‬رياضة ‪ ، 3 &2 &1‬والجبر الخطي والجبر المجرد‪ ،‬والهندسة التحليلية والهندسة الفراغية‪ ،‬ومقرري رياضة‬
‫مدرسية ‪ ،2 &1‬وطرق تدريس الرياضيات‪ ،‬والتطبيقات التدريسية‪.‬‬

‫المسيرة المهنية‪:‬‬
‫منذ التحاقها بجامعة طرابلس عضوا بهيئة التدريس بقسم الرياضيات في ‪2010‬م عملت فوزية الحصان بهمة ونشاط في‬
‫المجال األكاديمي والتدريس الجامعي بما في ذلك االنخراط في العمل االداري واالشتراك في اللجان داخل الكلية والجامعة‬
‫وتطوير المناهج الدراسية‪  ‬كما حققت سجال للمساهمات المتنوعة ضمن حقول تخصصها ونشرت بشكل متواصل باللغتين‬
‫العربية واالنجليزية وشاركت في إعداد كتابين منهجيين لمصلحة المركز الوطني للمناهج بوزارة التربية والتعليم‪ ،‬وقدمت‬
‫االستشارات لعدد من المؤسسات المحلية وشاركت في عديد المؤتمرات العلمية المتخصصة محليا ودوليا‪ .‬كما تميز سجلها‬
‫بنشاط متواصل‪  ‬في مجال الجودة ‪ 2022 – 2020‬حيث ساهمت بشكل مؤثر وأساسي في حصول كلية التربية طرابلس‬
‫على االعتماد المؤسسي‪ .‬وقد تحصلت فوزية الحصان على الدرجات التالية خالل مسيرتها الجامعية‪:‬‬

‫فوزية الحصان‪  ‬أستاذة جامعية‪ I‬ذات خبرة طويلة في البحث العلمي واالستشارات‪ .‬مختصة بالرياضيات وطرق تدريسها‬
‫مع اهتمام خاص بطرق تدريس الرياضيات والجودة‪  .‬ولفوزية خبرة طويلة في مجاالت التدريس الجامعي وتصميم‬
‫وتطوير المناهج والبحوث تسندها تجربة متنوعة في مجاالت الجودة وطرق تدريس الرياضيات والبحوث واإلشراف على‬
‫فرق العمل والمهام المتعددة وتصميم وتنظيم نظام للجودة في المؤسسات التعليمية ‪ .‬وترتكز االهتمامات والمجاالت البحثية‬
‫على ما يتصل بتدريس الرياضيات‪ ،‬الجودة ‪ ،‬البحث العلمي في الجامعات‪ I‬الليبية‪ ،‬والجبر المجرد ‪ .‬وتركز فوزية حاليا‬
‫بشكل خاص على القضايا المرتبطة بتدريس الرياضيات في التعليم العام والجامعي بما يحقق متطلبات الجودة في‬
‫المخرجات‪ I‬التعليمية‪  .‬‬

‫النشاطات الخارجية‪:‬‬
‫عملت فوزية الحصان منذ التحاقها بالمجال األكاديمي والتدريس الجامعي منذ نحو عقد من الزمن بنشاط في مجاالت‬
‫التدريس والبحث والنشر واالستشارات‪  .‬وهي ترتبط بمؤسسات‪ I‬وطنية مختلفة فقد قدمت‪ I‬بالتعاون مع المركز الوطني‬
‫للمناهج والبحوث التربوية ومع نخبة من االساتذة بتأليف كتابين منهجين لمرحلة التعليم المتوسط‪ ،‬وعملت كمقيم خارجي‬
‫لبعض كليات بجامعة‪ I‬طرابلس في مجال الجودة‪ ،‬وقدمت عدد من الورش والمحاضرات في مجال توصيف المقررات‬
‫الدراسية والبرامج التعليمية لعدد من كليات جامعة‪ I‬طرابلس‪ ،‬وكمقيم للبحوث المقدمة لمؤتمر الجمعية الليبية لعلوم التعليم‪،‬‬
‫وعضو مؤسس في هذه الجمعية‪.‬‬
‫‪Fawzia Al-Hussan is currently working as Head of the Quality and‬‬
‫‪Performance Evaluation Department at the Faculty of Education,‬‬
‫‪Tripoli, University of Tripoli, and a Professor of Mathematics in the‬‬
‫‪Mathematics Department, where she is in charge of teaching tasks‬‬
‫‪for undergraduate students. The tasks that she carried out in her‬‬
‫‪capacity as a faculty member with the rank of assistant professor‬‬
‫‪included teaching and directing students in their graduation projects,‬‬
‫‪as well as academic supervision of students and supervision of‬‬
‫‪practical education students. Over the years, she has taught‬‬
