2661 By a living transmission -Tradition - the Holy Spirit in the Church teaches
the children of God to pray.
Pinaagi sa buhi nga pagpasa -Tradisyon - ang Espiritu Santo sa Simbahan nagtudlo
sa mga anak sa Dios sa pag-ampo.
1 Cor. 2:10 – ang espiritu santo nagsusi sa tanang butang, bisana ng mga tinago.
1 Juan 5:6 –ang Espiritu Santo kamatuoran man.
Judas 1:20 – pag-ampo kamo diha sa Espiritu Santo.

2662 The Word of God, the liturgy of the Church, and the virtues of faith, hope,
and charity are SOURCES OF PRAYER.
Ang Pulong sa Dios, ang liturhiya sa Simbahan, ug ang mga hiyas sa pagtuo,
paglaum, ug gugmang putli maoy mga tinubdan sa pag-ampo.

THE WAY OF PRAYER

IN BRIEF
2680 Prayer is primarily addressed to the Father; it can also be directed toward
Jesus, particularly by the invocation of his holy name: "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of
God, have mercy on us sinners." Mateo 6:9
Ang pag-ampo una gitumong ngadto sa Amahan; kini mahimo usab nga gitumong
ngadto kang Jesus, ilabina pinaagi sa pagsangpit sa iyang balaang ngalan:
"Ginoong Jesu-Kristo, Anak sa Diyos, kaluy-i kami nga mga makasasala."

2681 "No one can say 'Jesus is Lord', except by the Holy Spirit" (1 Cor 12:3). the
Church invites us to invoke the Holy Spirit as the interior Teacher of Christian
prayer.
“Walay makaingon nga ‘Si Jesus Ginoo’, gawas kon pinaagi sa Espiritu Santo” (1
Cor 12:3). ang Simbahan nagdapit kanato sa pagsangpit sa Balaang Espiritu isip
ang sulod nga Magtutudlo sa Kristohanong pag-ampo.

2682 Because of Mary's singular cooperation with the action of the Holy Spirit, the
Church loves to pray in communion with the Virgin Mary, to magnify with her the
great things the Lord has done for her, and to entrust supplications and praises to
her. Juan 19:26
Tungod sa bugtong kooperasyon ni Maria sa lihok sa Balaang Espiritu, ang
Simbahan ganahan nga mag-ampo diha sa pakig-ambit sa Birhen Maria, sa
pagpadako uban kaniya sa dagkong mga butang nga gibuhat sa Ginoo alang
