Musanada IMS – Musanada Building Services – Standard Operating Procedure

1. Introduction

To ensure that we meet our obligations to protect the health and ensure the safety of people assigned to work on behalf of Musanada and to
protect the environment in which we live and work, we require that our suppliers take appropriate steps to protect their staff from workplace
hazards and the environment from avoidable damage.

The nature of construction activities within Musanada means that suppliers employees and the environment may be exposed to various risks
during the execution of their work therefore it is required that those risks are assessed and systematically managed through a permit system.

2. Scope and Purpose

This SOP applies to all in house PM construction projects under Musanada control.

This SOP defines the approach required for the contractor to define, communicate and obtain approval for activities that require an HSE permit
to work for MBS in house projects.
