Mobilization Schedule
As per the Tender bided on Feb 13, 2023, When the Agreement is
done with the office, we will process for the mobilization amount. After get the
mobilization amount we will manage all the needed materials, labors and
equipments within the second week of agreement date. Estimated mobilization
amount of bid price shall be used as given below,

Bid Amount: Rs.As per BoQ with vat (Bid amount 100%)

1. Materials- 70% of mobilization amount

2. Labor- 10 % of mobilization amount

3. Equipment- 10% of mobilization amount

4. Others (Project management)- 10% of mobilization amount

Method Statement
After the contract agreement between respected office and this construction firm, we
will manage all the materials, labors and needy equipments for the site. Then after as
per the BoQ of Bid Document, First of all we will do earthwork excavation for the
foundation. Then we will fill by stone inside the foundation. Then we will do PCC
before start the stone masonry work. This project is irrigation based. So mostly we
have to do work of HDP Pipes. Also there is a works of PCC, RCC, Reinforcement
steel work and any others. All the works included in the BoQ will do as per the
Instruction of Project Manager as well as Drawing given by the Employee.
