In Phase One, we are going to use one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000) of our budget for planning

and supervision of the space. In Phase Two, we will use ten million pesos (P10,000,000) for the
constructions including the labors and materials needed. In Phase Three, in implementing of building
designs and auditing we will use three million pesos (P3,000,000) of the budget. We intend to buy
cheap but good quality materials from trusted company that sells constructions materials here in the
Philippines.
