ROUTING:

2 different routings are currently studied by TCL team.

PHASE 1B – NEW TEMP. ELECTRICAL CABINET
TEMPORARY:

Fitting in the premise’ corner the main electrical distribution cabinet. Low voltage is carried by overhead cables from left side on
the following drawing: OK.

PHASE 1C – TEMP. OFFICE
TEMPORARY:

A 20ft container will be provided on site as temporary office. Proper location will be discussed.

PH 1D – TEMP. OIL HEATER + NEW HFO TANK
TEMPORARY:

Temporary oil heater will be connected at the opposite side compared to current situation. Reversing the flow.
Need to buy a new double jacketed tank (20’ container) to avoid retention wall

PH 1E – TEMP. LOADING BAY
TEMPORARY:

A temporary loading bay need to be built as shown below. Il will be connected to the currents pipes and pumps:

PH 1F – DECONSTRUCTION
Due to the fact that the process is now operationnal with temporary facilities; Offfice, Boiler room and Storage tanks can be
decomissionned.
The 2 Hot Oil pipes (2’’) are not dismantled (orange)

PH 1G – CONSTRUCTION
Construction of the new pipe.
Temporary connected to the former tanks
Permanently connected to the new tank
2 T properly positioned awaiting connection to new tanks

Construction of the new tank

Temporary connected to former hot oil network (Electrical heating will be studied)
Temporary connected to temporary loading bay
Permanently connected to the new pipe

Construction of the new retention wall and pipe supports (along TAYLOR SMITH & along CHC Ltd)
Construction of the new retetntion wall for new tank. Retention volumes need to be calculated

This last point need to be discussed with Methodes dpt colleagues.
