Business: Kaxa Shop

Product: Jewels
Describe the product:
a) Creativity

In kaxa shop we work on innovation and try to make each of our jewelry
different from those of the competition, so we use both local materials
and imported materials which will give us that different essence to our
customers.
b) Innovation
As I mentioned our products are innovative, therefore our jewelry has our
essence that makes it different from the others which is that our products
are totally different from the conventional ones, and also in the future we
will implement the use of holograms that will measure the heart rate of
our products and several useful functions for consumers.
c) Differentiation
Today more than anything else what makes us different is the materials
that are implemented as they are imported from Brazil, and do not give
any kind of affections to the skin, and in turn the cost competes in a good
way with the competition.

Geographical zone
Economic: our products are aimed at all people because that is what
characterizes us, we adjust to the pocket of each person because who would not
like to see us with some ornament or some jewelry.
Social: as I mentioned we adjust to everything, then it can be from people who
earn less than the basic salary to more than the basic salary contributing to
society that often do not have money to indulge their tastes and vanities.

• Process:

1. We always use gems or precious stones of excellent quality, carefully

selected from the best gem mines in the 5 continents.
2. Many of our collections evoke animal and vegetable nature, modern
architecture, fashion trends, artistic currents of the past such as Baroque and
Art Nouveau, and fashion icons of the present and the past. The idea is
captured in a sketch that is later reproduced by computer. In addition, as a
novelty, we have incorporated 3D technology into the creation process,
which helps the client to make the appropriate changes before the piece is
manufactured.
3. Each kaxashop jewel is unique and, for its manufacture, we use the manual
shaping of the metal, which is the artisan technique with which, traditionally,
jewelry items have been made since ancient times. It is a laborious process
that requires many hours and experience. It consists of achieving the desired
shape and appearance of the piece through manipulation, heat and hand
tools. Shaping, in turn, encompasses a set of techniques and operations such
as casting, drawing, rolling, forming, machining and welding, among others.
4. There are currently two setting methods: TRADITIONAL SETTING: This
technique consists of fitting, adjusting and holding the gemstones that we
want to be attached to the jewel. There are different ways of doing it, but
among the main ones are the claw setting, the rail setting, the pavé setting,
the prong setting and the invisible setting. MICRO SETTING: It is
basically the same as the previous one, but master jewelers use special
microscopes to be able to set the smallest gemstones.
5. This whole process is what makes Kaxashop unique and differentiates us
from other national producers.

• Human Resources
For the elaboration of both costume jewelry and jewelry we need trained
personnel with at least 2 years of experience in the use of machinery, but
the main thing we need people with very good attitude and service that
will be rewarded, in conclusion we do not need more than 3 workers for
this venture.

Marketing
For the advertising of our jewelry and costume jewelry, we will use the most
current digital marketing strategies that exist, one of them is the massive
dissemination through ads on major social networks. At the same time, we will
also use sweepstakes for our customers to see and feel the jewel as such because
our products are sold more touching and looking at them in person.
