Minutes of the Meeting for the Division of Tasks for Activities 2, 3 and 4

I. PRELIMINARIES/ATTENDANCE
The meeting started by welcoming and acknowledging the presence of everyone present
in the meeting, followed by a prayer led by Ms. Cherry Mae B. Petallar and then followed by the
presentation of the agendas.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 10:40 PM by Ms. Hannah Mae G. Paronda, a fellow
classmate and member of Group F for the subject LED 60 Technical Writing.

B. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING

II. BUSINESS (AGENDA)

A. DIVISION OF TASKS FOR ACTIVITIES 2, 3, AND 4

Ms. Paronda presented the upcoming activities 2, 3 and 4 for the final term of the subject
LED 60 Technical Writing. For the Activity 2, Ms. Oted volunteered to be the who will write the
minutes of the meeting. Since none of the members objected, Ms. Paronda then proceeded to
the next agenda. As for the Activity 3 which is all about the production of own campaign poster
about “Responsible Voting”, Ms. Ormilla suggested that all of the group members must do an
individual research about “responsible voting” and then all the gathered ideas and/or information
will be sent and shared on the group’s main chat group. Ms. Ormilla then additionally suggested
that all the ideas and information that will be gathered will be thoroughly selected by the
members of the group to be included in the campaign poster that will be produced. The idea
suggested by Ms. Ormilla was then agreed by the majority. Moving on, the activity that was next
discussed was the Activity 4 which is all about creating an advocacy video on “Responsible
Voting” that will be uploaded on social media. In this, Ms. Paronda then suggested that since
the group already produced a campaign poster about “Responsible Voting”, perhaps the group
can retain the content of the poster instead of creating another for the advocacy video.
However, the group still need to write and produce a script and additional content for the
advocacy video such as captions which will be used when uploading the video on social media.
Since both are related and served the same purpose which is to promote responsible voting in
the upcoming national elections, the ideas were then agreed by the members.

B. OTHERS

Ms. Paronda asked for the volunteerism of any of the group members to create the
campaign poster for the Activity 3 and the advocacy video for the Activity 4. Eventually, Ms.
Palafox volunteered to create the campaign poster while Ms. Petallar volunteered in making and
producing the advocacy video.

III. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned by Ms. Paronda at 11:00 PM.
