) (500000ﻟﻠﻤﺆﺟﺮ اذا ﻛﺎن اﻟﻔﺴﺦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺨﻤﺲ ﺳﻨﻮات اﻷوﻟﻰ ) .ج( دﻓﻊ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ) (700000ﻟﻠﻤﺆﺟﺮ اذا ﻛﺎن اﻟﻔﺴﺦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺨﻤﺲ ﺳﻨﻮات اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ .ﻋﻠﻤ ًﺎ أن اﻟﻤﺒﺎﻟﻎ
اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮرة ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻘﺮﺗﻴﻦ أﻋﻼه )ب\ج( ﻫﻲ ﻹﻋﺎدة اﻟﻌﻤﺎرة ﻟﺤﺎﻟﺘﻬﺎ اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ )ﺷﻘﻖ( وﻟﻴﺲ ﻟﻬﺎ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻤﺒﻠﻎ اﻹﻳﺠﺎر اﻟﺴﻨﻮي ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل إﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎﻗﺔ) .د( ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻢ اﻟﻌﻘﺎر ﻟﻠﻤﺆﺟﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ
