This is to request favor from your company to grant me a grace period until February,
2022 to settle my remaining balance.

On December 16, I will pay the monthly amortization of PhP18,000.00 and will execute
a Deed Of Assignment (DOA) with Mrs. Ferguson who is also one of your clients. They
will pay the total remaining balance on February, 2022 when they get home from UK.
