1. This amendment supersedes amendment no. 1 of October 2002.

2. Page 4 of 48, Replace sub-clause 3.1 with the following:

3.1 11 kV Distribution System

Nominal voltage: 11000 volt ± 6%, three phase, three wire

Highest.voltage 12000 volt
Frequency 50 Hz±2%
Neutral arrangement The system neutral is connected to earth through
a low resistance at the sending end station.
Maximum prospective 20 kA (350 MVA) at 11 kV for short time duration
fault level of 1 second (max.).

3. Page 6 of 48, Replace sub-clause 7.1.2 with the following:

7.1.2 The nominal rating of the CB unit and its accessories shall be at least
350 MVA at 11 kV and the rated short-time duration is 1 second.
