Introduction
This serves as a compilation of a completed Work
Immersion by Jelaica Valdez from ABM 12 ST. THERESE.
The Department of Education instituted Work Immersion as a
completion requirement for graduation wherein students must
undergo actual works based on their specific fields. It serves
as application of knowledge into actual duties. The program
aims to enhance and develop skills, knowledge, and
capabilities of the students.

The owner of this paper would like to convey her sincere
appreciation to the Marketing Assistant of the Marketing
Department to whom she was tasked to work with, and
serves as their guide or instructor for this.
VISION
This aims to better equip senior high school students
for college, work or business; develop life and career
skills; and have attitudes, appreciation and respect for
work. It also allows them to have a smooth transition from
school to work after they gain valuable experience.

FEBRUARY 14,2023
Our Work Immersion first day, as student assistant we are
tasked to help the Marketing Assistant with their duties like enrolling
students and Assisting them. This first day I observed and pay
attention as they explain what was their duties at the Marketing
Department.
FEBRUARY 17,2023
This day, they went out for a career talk with me and my co-
student assistant to help them give pliers.
FEBRUARY 20,2023
Counting the pliers, Stapling and Arranging them.
POST IMMERSION
NARRATIVE REPORT
Since everything get back to normal, immersion was
done face to face and going outdoor. Work immersion is one
method by which we students are given a chance to
experience the real work in the field that we are in and
perform the lessons we learn from school. It Also help us to
obtain applicable knowledge and skills in the actual work
setting. It also provides opportunities to go through the actual
methodologies of a specific job using a real tools,
equipments, and documents.
